About Me
I was born and raised in northwest Indiana, part of the baby boomer generation. I attended Indiana University in Bloomington IN, met my husband, and upon our graduation in 1974 we were married, and moved to Minneapolis, MN where he attended U of M law school.
We had 4 babies, a girl in 1978 in Minneapolis, a boy in 1980 in Indianapolis, a girl in 1986, and a boy in 1987 both in Scottsdale, AZ. And now our 2 married daughters have given us 4 beautiful grandchildren, 3 boys, and 1 girl! Our oldest son is engaged to be married sometime in 2009, and our youngest is attending college in southern CA.
We recently moved from southern CA to northwest IN, so we could be close to our daughters families. It’s been a crazy year, we are all happy living in a small Indiana town, but also enjoying living so close to Chicago, one of my most favorite cities.
I work from home as a skin care consultant, my husband has his own law firm, and we are enjoying having an empty nest for the first time in 30 years! It’s all so new, but so nice too. I’m looking forward to meeting lots of new friends.
